PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 3-10 business days, depending on your location within South Africa. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount.
