Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• Not damaged or showing signs of use
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@platinumphones.co.za within 14 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide return instructions and shipping details

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your product for a different model or specification, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
